Polytechnics are government institutes in Singapore which award international 12-year equivalent diplomas. There are five polytechnics in Singapore:

1) Singapore Polytechnic (SP)

2) Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP)

3) Temesak Polytechnic (TP)

4) Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP)

5) Republic Polytechnic (RP)

Polytechnics offer a wide range of courses in various discipline such as Engineering, Information Technology, Media & Design, Business, Communication and Arts, Nursing etc.
